Oliver leads Allura Partners’ Transformation and Change division and holds the position of Director, playing a key role in driving the business's strategic growth. He joined Allura Partners having worked in recruitment for seven years, initially in the United Kingdom and then in Sydney.

Oliver specialises in recruiting for the transformation practice, focussing on Chief Transformation Officer, General Manager & Head of Transformation appointments across contract, interim, and permanent positions in private equity backed, ASX listed, and private companies.

His portfolio covers various sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and logistics, insurance, property, foodservice, and finance.

With his longevity in the market, Oliver prides himself on having an extensive network of high calibre candidates and a deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets.
