Our story

Allura was founded in 2017. In the early days, our team focused on placing C-Suites to lead, transform and scale private equity backed companies.

As you know, executives at this level have to move fast to get stuff done. So, they looked to us to build their leadership team. And then those team leaders asked us to build out their supporting functions.

Pretty soon, we’d caught the attention of some of the largest ASX listed enterprises in Australia. They all wanted the same thing: a partner that could help them build the teams they needed to deliver results, fast.

From the get-go, we’ve been driven to help others succeed. Whether success is growing a business, connecting someone to a role that takes them to the next level, or supporting a better future for Australia’s Indigenous children.

On top of that, we’ve made it our mission to do what we say we will – whether we’re engaging with individuals, organisations or each other.

Over the years, our team has grown to support this ambition. While we aren’t perfect, we own our mistakes. And have learnt that everyone wins when we do what we say we will.
