Empowering Communities
Partnering for Change with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation
When you partner with Allura Partners, you contribute to opening more doors to future opportunities and choices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander kids.
In today's world, where the majority of children have access to literacy at their fingertips, many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children do not. In remote Communities across Australia there is often no infrastructure such as libraries or bookstores so access to reading material is extremely limited and this impacts the achievements of children.
That’s where the Indigenous Literacy Foundation comes in. The Indigenous Literacy Foundation is a national book industry charity working with remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities across Australia.
The Impact of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation
The Indigenous Literacy Foundation Community-led approach has made a significant impact across Australia's remote Communities. Collaborating with over 424 Communities, they've distributed more than 800,000 books, providing crucial access to reading materials. Their dedication to cultural preservation is evident in the publication of 126 books, reflecting 36 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages – from Walmajarri in Kimberley to Arabana in South Australia, and Kriol in Katharine.
These efforts not only enrich remote Community access to literature but also play a vital role in celebrating and safeguarding Indigenous cultures and languages.
Allura Partners is a team that’s driven to see others succeed, this is a charity that truly resonates with us. We are honoured to stand alongside the Indigenous Literacy Foundation in their mission and celebrate the strengths, knowledges and values of First Nations Peoples across the country.
“We are proud to support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) and contribute to the mission of creating a positive impact in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Their commitment to supplying culturally significant books to remote areas, as well as their dedication to preserving the languages and narratives of First Nations peoples through collaborative publication efforts, is truly inspiring.
Education is key to a better future, and by empowering these communities with educational resources, ILF is providing a better future for First Nations people in remote areas of Australia. We hope that this educational support will see greater opportunities present in the future for more first nations people across corporate Australia”

Bridging the Gender Gap in the Technology Industry with Tech Career Paths 4 Girls
We take pride in our track record of placing exceptional female talent within the technology industry. However, we recognise a challenge: the disproportionate presence of female candidates in the market.
Tech Career Paths 4 Girls is a program designed to bridge this gap by making technology careers relatable to tomorrow’s tech leaders. The program empowers young girls toward the countless career opportunities within the tech industry. Igniting their curiosity involves meeting them where they are, making technology accessible, and dismantling industry stereotypes.
Allura Partners collaboration with Tech Career Paths 4 Girls is aimed at reaching young girls at the grassroots level, breaking stereotypes, and showcasing the vast array of opportunities available in the tech industry.
Tech Career Paths 4 Girls has developed a truly inspiring and engaging program and has cultivated an impressive network of women and businesses. Being part of this community is truly gratifying as we work together to make a tangible impact and inspire the next generation of female leaders in technology.
