Allura Partners Wins Business Services Category at the Pemba Summit Awards 2024

We’re excited to share that Allura Partners has won the Business Services category at the Pemba Summit Awards 2024, hosted by Pemba Capital Partners and Gilbert + Tobin.  

Each year, these awards celebrate the fastest-growing companies across key sectors including Software, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Education & Training, and we’re honoured to be recognised alongside such outstanding industry leaders. 

This award marks the third consecutive year that Allura Partners has been recognised for high growth – a testament to our continued momentum and ability to attract and retain some of the best talent in the market to consistently deliver high-quality services for our clients with agility and pace. 

In 2024, we’ve expanded significantly; geographically with the opening of our Melbourne office, and in size, increasing our headcount and capabilities across both Executive Search and Research team. We’ve also welcomed Anthony McKay as Head of Interim Management, meeting the rising market demand for interim and fractional leadership. 

Additionally, we’ve also strengthened our teams in Accounting & Finance, Transformation & Change and Technology & Digital to continue our team build outs across private equity, ASX-listed and private companies.
