2024: A Year of Growth and Resilience

It has been another remarkable year for Allura Partners, filled with incredible achievements and moments to remember. None of this would have been possible without our team's hard work, dedication and collaboration. 

We kicked off the year with a major milestone, officially launching our Melbourne office. This expansion marked an exciting new chapter, allowing us to strengthen and grow our client base in Melbourne.   

Over the year, we grew our team by over 35%, welcoming new talent across all business areas. Together, we facilitated 250+ placements, including more than 40 executive appointments—an impressive feat in a tough market. 

We were honoured to receive a high-growth award for the third consecutive year, reflecting our continued success and momentum as a business. 

It was also a year for connection and collaboration. Across Sydney and Melbourne, we hosted events that brought together more than 200 senior leaders and executives. These events provided valuable opportunities for professional networking and meaningful discussions on key industry challenges and topics.

We ended the year with a disco-themed party aboard a boat on Pittwater. The celebration featured a Secret Santa, during which we donated gifts to Barnardo’s, which supports vulnerable children. We are thrilled to be able to champion another impactful community initiative alongside our ongoing efforts with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation and Tech Career Paths 4 Girls. 

While 2024 presented its challenges, we’re confident about what lies ahead. With transformation and technology projects set to take off and a strong pipeline of private equity activity, we’re optimistic about a boost in both the contracting and permanent recruitment markets next year.
