Rebecca has 10 years of executive search experience across Board and C-suite mandates for large-scale listed corporates, private companies and innovative owner-founder businesses across all industry sectors. Servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand, Rebecca has a particular focus on sourcing executives globally that are looking to return home to this region.
More recently, Rebecca spent four years working with leading global and Australian private equity firms, where she gained first-hand experience on the levers that are most important for creating value in portfolio companies, namely talent and leadership effectiveness.
