Welcoming two new team members, Scott McPherson and Andrea French.

The Accounting and Finance division is growing again, this time we welcome two new team members, Scott McPherson and Andrea French.

Scott is joining us as a senior consultant at Allura Partners and specializes in Accounting & Finance recruitment on a temporary and contract basis.

Whilst Scott began his recruitment career in Sydney, he established himself within the Perth market back in 2018 where he spent 4 years assisting top ASX listed business build their finance teams.

From there, he took some time to focus on his passion for golf, where his experience within the game has fortunately allowed him to compete in some of the country’s most prestigious golf tournaments as an elite amateur.

Coming back from his time in golfing, we are excited to see his journey in recruitment recommence within Allura Partners.

Andrea joins Allura Partners as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Permanent recruitment across the senior level in the Australian market. She focuses on opportunities within the Commercial and Industry Space within the ASX Listed & Private Equity landscape.

Originally from Ireland, Andrea has experience recruiting across Funds & Asset Management in the Irish market as well as Accounting & Finance in the Australian market, working with a large range of clients and candidates. As someone who has previously worked in the Funds space, Andrea has a great knowledge of the finance industry. Andrea has an excellent reputation of going above and beyond for her candidates & clients, communicating rapidly and providing a personable experience for everyone.

Andrea loves to travel having worked in Boston for two summers and travelled across America and South East Asia. Andrea has an absolute love for Sushi and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! She is a big F1 fan and loves to spend her time outdoors soaking up the Sydney sun, a nice change from the Irish weather!

We are excited to welcome both Scott and Andrea to the growing Allura Partners Accounting and Finance division.
