Allura Partners Leads CTO Search for Alloggio Group Appointing Ken Blaszowski

Alloggio Group, a leading accommodation and property management service provider, recently appointed Ken Blaszowski as their new Chief Technology Officer. This strategic hire was backed by private equity firm Next Capital, which acquired the short-term rental operator in mid-2023.

Next Capital and Alloggio engaged Allura Partners to appoint a leader capable of driving the company’s technology strategy. The search, led by Niall Ross, focused on identifying executives based in Brisbane within the travel, tourism, or similar customer-driven industries who could support Alloggio’s growth plans.

The process led to the selection of Ken Blaszowski, an executive with extensive IT leadership and operations expertise across various industries.

Most recently, Ken served as the Group Chief Information & Security Officer for Junior Adventures Group, where he led the company’s technology and security strategies before its relocation to Melbourne.

Before that, Ken was IT Operations Manager at Servco, overseeing IT systems for its automotive dealerships in Hawaii and Australia. He worked with globally recognised brands, including Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, and Chevrolet, managing IT for over 1200 employees across 35 locations. Earlier in his career, Ken held various IT leadership roles at Lorna Jane.

Ken joins at a crucial time for Alloggio, as the company works to upgrade its technology for operations and customer service. His expertise will be essential in Alloggio’s next growth stage, which will focus on improving the overall experience of their platform.

The appointment builds on Allura Partners' track record with Alloggio, following James Curtis's successful placement of Kent Davidson as Chief Operating Officer last year.
