Allura Partners continues success in CFO appointments for The Smith Family

Allura Partners are once again proud to support The Smith Family – an organisation we’ve been privileged to work with over the past few years. Having partnered with them since August 2021, when we placed Paul Johnstone as Chief Financial Officer, we’ve witnessed firsthand their incredible impact in communities across Australia. Paul successfully led the finance function for 3 years, continuing The Smith Family's passion, dedication, and purpose-driven ethos.

Recently, The Smith Family engaged Allura Partners to identify a new Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team. Andrew Smith, Managing Director at Allura Partners, led the pro bono executive search.

The search led to the appointment of Anne Edwards as Chief Financial Offer.

Anne will bring invaluable experience and leadership to The Smith Family, further strengthening their team and supporting the organisation’s future ambitions. We are confident that she will help drive an even greater impact as they work to improve the lives of disadvantaged children across Australia.

As a firm, we continue to be inspired by The Smith Family’s commitment to eradicating youth disadvantage. This mission continues to drive their team and volunteers, and it’s an honour for us to play a small role in helping them achieve their goals by supporting their executive team placements.

Allura Partners wishes Anne every success in her role and looks forward to seeing the continued positive impact the Smith Family will have on communities across Australia.
