Allura Partners launches Customer & Partnerships offering
In the back half of 2020, as Allura Partners started to see light at the end of the 2020 Covid tunnel, we started to turn our attention and focus on 2021, the year ahead, growing our business and executing our next 3 year plan. A big part of our growth strategy and long term plan is major accounts. As a business, we recognise the importance of having a Customer and Partnerships function to provide a dedicated, holistic Allura Partners experience and manage our strategic accounts. We envisage by the implementation of this function, that we will understand the needs of our clients better. In doing so, we will be in a better position to react to these needs in the short term and in the medium to long term be entrenched in our clients as their preferred “go to” supplier.
After an extensive search to identify the individual with the skills, experience and attributes to launch and grow this function, Allura Partners is delighted to announce the appointment of Ellyse Fletcher as our Head of Customer and Partnerships.
Ellyse joins Allura Partners with over a decade of recruitment experience gained at two large global recruitment companies. During her career, Ellyse has consistently been promoted, ultimately to her last role as a Director, managing managers and indirectly a large multi-discipline team of temporary and permanent recruiters. In this role and previous, Ellyse has also held the responsibility of managing and growing major accounts. As a high achiever, she has always personally over-achieved as well as developing her team to exceed expectations. A big contributing factor to her success has been her exceptional client and customer service skills as well as her overall engaging personality and style.
It is all these factors plus more, that gives us huge excitement for what lies ahead for Ellyse as she takes ownership of Allura Partners Customer and Partnerships function. Welcome to Allura Partners Ellyse!
