Allura Partners Annual Conference and Awards

Last weekend, Allura Partners held our annual conference at Thredbo, which wrapped up an amazing FY22.

For some it was their first-time skiing and for others it was an opportunity to hit black runs. Regardless of skiing ability, the weekend, fuelled by mulled wine, schnapps and stunning food, gave us the opportunity to bring our team closer, and strengthen our culture. It also gave us the opportunity to share our vision and plans for FY23.

During FY22, we welcomed several new staff to our team including Damien Sweeney, Kurt Dillon, Juliana Gerlach, James Curtis, Jodie Kefford, Sunny Chen, Nuwan Kasturiratna, Lucy Starbuck, and Kaio Desouza.

The performance of FY22 called for celebrations; acknowledging the hard work that everyone in Team Allura made – because after all, we like to work hard and have fun along the way!

As a team, we celebrated a record-breaking year across all metrics as well as individual performances from the likes of Jake Rose, Emily Sharkey, Andrew Smith and Jake Langham. We also thanked our support person of the year, Francesca Bland and Culture Queen Jessica Livermore.

In addition, we all toasted our glasses to three promotions: Oliver Wilson to Director, Jake Langham to Senior Consultant and Juliana Gerlach to Office Manager. Additionally, we celebrated Leanne Wells’s 5th anniversary and Kaio Desouza’s birthday!

Thank you for the support everyone has provided us over the past year; specifically, clients, candidates and suppliers– our success can be attributed to you.

We would love for you to continue following us along our journey. We have exciting announcements coming this year aligned to our FY23 plan, so keep up to date with these and industry insights and follow us on LinkedIn.
