Prior to launching Allura Partners, Adrian spent close to a decade in general management roles turning around and growing both ASX listed and large privately held global recruitment companies. In addition, he also boasts ASX listed board experience as an Executive Director and Company Secretary.
In 2009, after spending close to a decade in executive search, Adrian was appointed as an Executive Director and Company Secretary on the board of an ASX listed recruitment company. As part of the executive leadership team and board, he was tasked with turning this group around from significant and long term losses. Post delivering a successful turnaround and with the announcement of the December 2011 half year result boasting a significant return to profit, Adrian departed the group to launch his own firm.
Adrian applies his growth and turnaround experiences combined with his working knowledge gained as an Executive Director and Company Secretary of an ASX listed business to consult and deliver executive search solutions.
At Allura Partners, Adrian manages our private equity clients through all stages of the investment lifecycle. This includes pre-deal CEO and board identification, specific market intelligence, assessment of the acquired management team, to the delivery of Executive Chair, CEO and C-suite searches.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science from Curtin University of Technology.
At Allura Partners, Andrew manages the accounting and finance division delivering both contract and permanent solutions.
Boasting six years of accounting and finance recruitment experience gained at global tier one recruitment firms, Andrew possesses a deep technical understanding of accounting & finance. With the majority of this experience gained in Sydney, Andrew also boasts deep local market knowledge and networks. It is this combination of breadth and depth that enables Andrew to engage across the market, executing talent engagement strategies and delivering the best candidate in the market.
Andrew holds a BA Hons Criminology 2:1 from the University of Lincoln.
